Registration & Payment & Invitation Letter
1. Registration & Payment
Due to issues with the payment system, the authors are requested to send an email with the registration option (IEEE or IES member) with the proof of membership. Please check the conference website for the type of options available. The email should have the subject “Registration Invoice Request”. Please include paper ID, registering author name, and title for our convenience. Participants need to choose among two methods for payment:
- PayPal: The organizers will then send a request for payment via PayPal link.
- Wire Transfer: The organizers will then send the bank information.
For each accepted paper, at least one regular or student registration has to be paid no later than 15th August 2022.
2. Invitation Letter
The authors should follow the process:
- Finish your registration and payment.
- Author: Sending Passport ID (with photo) to Organization.
- Organization: Sending Invitation Letter for Authors.
