1.1. Author Registration
Payment Selection:
1. Send an email with registration option (IEEE, IES member or Student member) with the proof of membership. 2. Email have the subject “Registration Invoice Request”, including paper ID, registering author name, and title. 3. Authors need to choose among two methods for payment: Option 1 - PayPal: The organizers will then send a request for payment via PayPal link. Option 2 - Wire Transfer: The organizers will then send the bank information. For each accepted paper, at least one regular or student registration has to be paid no later than 7th August 2023.

1.2. Non-Author Registration (Accompany Person)

1. Send an email with registration option: IEEE, IES, IEEE Life, IEEE Student (Non-Author), Student Non-Member (Non-Author), with the proof of IEEE membership (if you have). 2. Email have the subject “Registration Invoice Request”, including paper ID (optional), registering author name, and title. 3. Participants need to choose among two methods for payment: Option 1 - PayPal: The organizers will then send a request for payment via PayPal link. Option 2 - Wire Transfer: The organizers will then send the bank information. The payment is no later than 7th August 2023.

2. Invitation Letter
The authors should follow the process:
- Finish your registration and payment.
- Author: Sending Passport ID (with photo) to Organization.
- Organization: Sending Invitation Letter for Authors.
