Submission
Paper Submission Instructions
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work using the link above. The authors will need to register in order to use the system. After registering, wait for the confirmation email and verify your email address. If you don't get the confirmation email or have some problem with your submission, please contact ieee.ies.iwis@gmail.com.
When submitting papers in the submission system, please select the correct track: TT01 ... TT08 – technical tracks (regular papers). Papers are solicited for regular technical tracks. English is the working language of the conference. Regular and Special Session papers are limited to six (6) pages of A4 or letter format. An additional 2 pages can be included at an extra fee.
Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference paper format. The draft version of papers should be submitted for review before the submission deadline.
IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. It is strongly recommended to use the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX formats provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper (please do not modify the style or the format).
To learn more about the formatting of papers for IEEE IES conferences, please visit this page.
Please make sure that only original work is being submitted (not previously published/copyrighted). The conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers. IEEE takes disciplinary actions when violations are detected.
All regular papers presented during the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
WIP (Work in Progress)
WIP papers follow the regular paper submission guidelines, with a shorter limit of four pages. WiP papers will not be published in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Paper Submission
Authors submit the paper through the IES paper submission system at your submission.
Copy Right Requirements
You need to submit the final version of your paper, with the modifications requested by the reviewers. Once you have done so, you will have a new option in the submission system labelled "sign IEEE copyright," which will take you to IEEE eCF site, where you will be able to transfer copyright to IEEE. Do not add any copyright notice in the bottom margin of your first page. The correct copyright notice will be added by the post-production team.
